That dent in the back shouldn't be too bad a repair dave. Get king Kai on the job, theres nothing that man cannot do 

I can totally imagine Kai removing that engine on his own, he's so quick that by the time you've lifted a spanner the jobs done 

Whats the engine from mate? Is it an AGU? Or did you spunk an obscene amount of the queen's paper on a BAM?

Collected the engine and bits tonight. Turns out the new mounts are actually for a mk1 so need to buy suitable ones. Been recommended a mix of 16v and g60 ones so will get them ordered.

The wiring loom looks enormous! Rather daunted now

Adi, keep forgetting the engine code auq possibly. Ends in a q anyway. It's the 180 lump from a seat with the k03s turbo.

I am happy with double the power for now gaz. Thinking turbo and imjector upgrade next year.

I think it will probably benefit more from an LSD rather than more power!

mk1 leon cupra R engine I believe. Good starting point, better than an AGU anyway

Agu is the big valve head. Just missin the k03s and it would have been a better option
