big box of parts arrived today.

manifold, exhaust, intercooler and pipework, slim fan are here!

intercooler mocked up - need to get the front end back on and see where it can be mounted.  also needs pressure testing as it looks like it was damaged in transit.

also, just secured a mk3 with a 312mm brake conversion. i am breaking the mk3 and using the brakes on this. it does of course mean that my 15" 4x100 bbs rm's wont fit any longer. I need to go 16 inch minimum to clear the calipers but i have a plan involving adapters and 17" bbs rc split rims...

also bought a set of koni adjustable dampers for £20. they look rough but are apparently good. at that price i am happy enough though as they can go back to koni for a refurb if they are shot.
