I've got an F900bt (Pioneer) - upgrade the OS to Vers 3, and the machine speeds up.

Not got a Mk4, but in a Mk5, looks like this -





I think it's a great machine.

You WON'T get even the old model for £300. At a push you might get an F700 (CD, not DVD and no video outputs IIRC)........

There was a chap on the other mk forum about 2 months ago letting this system go for £300 I couldn;t belive my eyes but as usaul I didn't have funds ready so he wacked it on ebay and sold it for a bargain £350, I can't believe he was even thinking of selling it to me for £300, I was proper wounded that I didn't buy it he had every fooking thing with it aswell and it was still mint

Bargains like that only come once in a blue moon, since then i've been looking for this stereo and there aint none going cheap anywhere let alone near £300 mark

Is there not a version of this now thats actually made specifically for VW - which has no need for a fascia adapter?

Nadlad you seen this? Maybe a bit of haggling and a flash of the cash you may get your wicked way with this unit it's on ED38
