I am going to seek one out in London ASAP.
Register on Detailing World...and ask for those local to you to make themselves known.
You'll find examples of their work on there, to help you decide.

Most helpful.
Thanks a million.

Actually the topic should read VW-dealers are another breed.....BMW are outstanding textbook dealers (for me)...

Here is the story of today.....uhh....can you put via Vagcom the rain-closure command in...I have all the details...answer NO our machine does not work proper and We and Pon (importeur) stopped using Vag.com...I spare you the stupid answers on his side....it went worse.... believe me

Okay I should have known that is what you get when you cross a monkey with a thief....

I am picking my car up at the dealers and let him take a bite out of my creditcard..(.cause they still do not replace the guys for pin-machines. :smug:)...and away I am...

Actually I hope the dealer reads this cause last week he also had a guy with detailed Vagcom requests...maybe one of ours...

I'm still waiting for my service pack info. I've had the car 13 weeks. I gave up chasing the ecking useless salesguy after 8 weeks and handed it over to vwcs to chase up. Last week they told me it was the dealer that needed to sort it, not them. Left message for sales guy again today cos he was yet again with a customer (this guy must be the best one in Britain since he seems to have customer with him 24-7). Surprise surprise no call back.

Does anyone have the feedback survey number, I was offered it in case of further comments but declined when I did the survey because at that stage I thought the dealer would print the correct service pack details and send them out to me.

And anyone got the address for VW gmbh ?  They can have a copy of my complaint letter to so they know what a shower Milton Keynes are as well as their dealerships. Worst buying experience I've had in 20 years and 14 new cars, and that included one rejected at collection time.

Vwcs should be renamed LOCS for 'lack of customer service'.
