Especially with loosing some rear end weight (wiper and motor!)  :grin:

hows that work ?

All to do with aerodynamics (spelling ?) without the spoiler airflow forces water off the screen with it fitted tends not to.

im on the fence with that, i find the spoiler helps guard the screen from rain, but the rear end of the golfs are terrible for building up dirt fast!, same on all the MK's iv had (2.3,4)

I previously had an Integrale Evo 2 which had an adjustable roof spoiler and that made a big difference when you stood it in the vertical position.
