I completely agree, but all different questions though. I mean you have to laugh, how on earth does it take someone 3 months to spec a car. Then once done want to change it again.  :grin:

I think I'm going to try to change my order tomorrow - from 3-door to 5-door with rear side airbags. Can I do that easily bearing in mind that I haven't got a BW yet? Dealer said probably BW 9 or 10 - how will the order change affect my BW slot?

Hi James.
Your choice is good.
If the BW has not been confirmed, I was told by my VW dealership that a change in options would be ok.
However, you are changing the specification of the car from 3 door to 5 door. This might have an effect on the BW, unless your dealer also has some spare 5 door GTis ordered.
I might be wrong. I hope so for your sake.
Speak to them ASAP.
Hope it will be a favourable outcome for you tomorrow.

Thnx, am1w - if it knocks the BW back, so be it - better to wait for the car I want than rush to the one I don't
