nope....don't need to since caliper is 256mm

tried brakes and they feel very good.

no there isnt, 280 ABS calipers are same as 280 non-abs calipers

anyone know if the ibiza 16v setup needs 16mm or 19mm thick pads? i've come across both listed!

i would guess 19mm.....i have used the std Golf 16V versions on mine which are 16mm
as i'm using the original callipers with modded slide bolts

depends which ibiza 16v you're on about! they had both 256 and 280mm brakes, depending on if its 1.8 or 2.0 16v.
