Best colours for Paint Protection
« on: 14 February 2010, 22:09 »
I have been talking to a few Paint Protection Companies.
What I have so far gathered is:-
(1) Non-metallic Red and Metallic Silver are the easiest to treat.
(2) Black (metallic or non-metallic) and white are the most difficult to treat.
Any views?

Boatmart have just done a write up on ‘Glaze’ Boats that were given a coat of this product last season were revisited for the current issue of Boatmart. Boats with Glaze on it are still sparkling. British Airways have also started using it as it past their quality tests.

I have ordered marine glaze and also car glaze  and will give my Pearl Black GTI  a couple of coats when it arrives.

Maybe the colour RED is very easy to treat but I reckon it better should be since that colour is the most vulnerable of all......after say 4 years getting a door sprayed they better spray the whole damn car....cause the results can be horrifying....

Do not get me wrong I love the sun especially right now but for humans it can be a blessing but for materials it does often more wrong than right...

Buy a red car and end up with a pink one!
However, it is easier with respect to the application of the protection process I am told.
Best Paint Protection Company, in my opinion, is Toughseal which uses nano technology.
Glaze is good, but is old tecnology developed in the USA a few decades ago.
I am buying a red car!
I will Toughseal it.
