No doubts I'm male...the car is question was Speed Yellow...and it suited the 911 perfectly.

Reducing my Golf count by the week....
..but gaining motorcycles.

So sorry to confuse you. :rolleyes: :laugh:

It would seem from my conversations with the 'professionals' that:-

(a) For metallic colours silver is best and black worst. Just as silver and grey show less dirt and black the most. Your shade of grey is excellent.

(b) For flat colours, red is best and both black and white are the worst. The latter two colours show dirt more and hence are the most difficult with respect to the application of paint protection. Unfortunately, red fades quicker with time, so paint protection is essential.

Now a rather poor sexual innuendo just for you: paint protection is like a condom especially for red paint. :laugh:

By the way, I would have preferred to get a white Golf GTi. However, as everybody seems to be ordering white ones and as it is a pig to keep clean, I decided not to go with the flow! My second choice was red! :rolleyes: :smiley:
