I was out drifting it again today... its the only time its fun to drive!  Before setting off you have to hold the DTC button for about 10 seconds though - otherwise its not leaving the car park!

Ouch ...gutted for you R32UK  ... but the main thing is you're OK and your car will be get sorted through the 3rd parties insurance.

I know the corner well ...  he must have been an idiot driving a tranny like that in the snow, at school end time....just thank god that no one was injured.

Back in an .:R32 for the shortwhile, though
MKV GTI | Reflex Silver | 5-dr | Anthracite 17" | Manual | Highline MFD | Cruise | Revision 'D' DV | Dirty Pipes |

The GTD is like a blow up doll. The GTI is like a proper woman. Sure the doll might last longer, and the woman might have higher running costs, but which would you rather have?

Turned down the scooby, and opted for a nice mk5 GTi (to trash ). It has dsg and 17" wheels so should be lots of fun in the snow

on a lighter note was driving around in a e65 BMW 7 series yesterday... now thats what you call fun in the snow!!!

Sorry to see this mate,  Our lass was gutted when she saw it! she had a look when I dropped the mic off that day.

Im in the same boat at the moment I got side swipped into a curb the other day by a women in a merc slk!!! she said she didn't see me so Ive now got similar damage to your golf but only front wing both front wheels and small bit on side of front bumper.

Im going through Albany Assistance who have said they will supply a car of similar spec to mine  bring on the GTI/R32 cos they wont get a spec like mine...I've more or less built my own spec

Dont let it spoil your Xmas mate have a good one
