Do they still do the 7days free insurance deal thing?

As trying to get my insurance company to cover two cars at once is working out very expensive! and all i want is for them to tax it and get it too me for now.

Parallel lives or what!

Had to insure the GTi + the Type R GT as the buyer has not collected the latter and I don't know when they are going to!

Was not happy to insure 2 Group 34 cars as you can imagine.

Rang my insurance company (Zurich) this morning. No problem. They will insure the GTi from Monday 22nd March and also extend the cover for the Type R GT for 2 weeks for no extra charge.

VW also privide a one week free insurance cover.

Make sure you tell them you only want the 7 days free insurance. Otherwise they go through the whole insurance caboodle with you.

Yes, it is available through your retailer. Forgot to mention it, but I thought you knew.
As you said, nothing is simple.
I have started having a few issues with mine, just 48 hours before delivery!

Just got in from tinkering today with it, i'd sleep in it tonight if i could!

Everythings spot on and everything dad asked for. We're both really impressed with it and overall made up!

I'll take some photos for you tomorrow! I've got some with it at the dealers, i'll post up in a bit.

Thanks for all the support, and just to help those along who havent had theres yet; its worth the wait, trust us!
