Any of you guys look into or ask about delivery charges for been delivered by transporter if you bought from a dealer many miles from your home location?

Mine is coming from Shropshire on a transporter. No charge. :smiley:

Isn't the delivery charge included in the OTR price as is the registration fee, car tax etc? The dealer's only 5 mins from me anyhows..

Delivery to the dealer from VW is included yes, but i was thinking i may ask about delivery from the dealer to me. This would save us a ~500mile round trip and also i maybe able to come to some agreement with the dealer on cost over it as compo :wink: I was wondering what sort of price delivery by transporter normally costs?

Apart from i got the miles wrong  :wink:

No word yet but i think my dealer has stopped speaking to me  :tongue: VWcs have no word yet im guessing i will not hear anything till late next week or the week after when the dealer will more than likley have the car and need stuff off me.

Well I'm due to get a call back from Wayside on Monday by which time probably my bad boy will have been built  :smiley: :smiley:
