if yours is boosting at 27psi then my overboost of 29psi is nothing to worry about

You said it hit 28PSI on your 190bhp map

meh nothing to worry about anyway - your turbo is still intact isn't it?

hit 29 on standard, 190 and 200 psi, its just the requested psi which differs

Quick test on my private runway this morning shows a healthly 23PSI at 4000rpm in 3rd and 4th gears
