A little info on fluro hoses
Made to order, Fluoro lined silicone hoses use a specially compounded silicone called FluoroSilicone.
Standard Silicone rubber is porous, therefore not suitable for oil/gaz and fuel.
This grade is specially formulated to prevent oil from penetrating the wall.
Because the FluoroSilicone material is a very expensive material many of our competitors dilute (cut) the material
to save money such as 60/40 or even 50/50 mix by adding large quantities of fillers.
This of course reduces the resistance to oils

Oooh blimey
That is not good
Have you been back in touch with SFS?
I must admit , that is the first I have seen
But then to be fair , I dont think those ones are lined , but to be fair I could be wrong
When did you get them?
Have you been in touch to report it?

That's a possible idea, any one want the lower breather hose?!

I may have a look at the 'other' one though to check its condition.

I am still after the lower breather hose Tim! Might just get a standard replacement though as I agree about the price.

The top hose takes 5 minutes to replace, so even if the cheap one has to be replaced every couple of years it's not the end of the world.

Buy 3 for less money than the awesome one and Roberts your mothers brother!

It did that because it kept popping off the EGR?
