His mate finding a crack was bull, apparently the real story is the seller is involved in some Devon ganster sh!t, so the wheels are no longer for sale. Tw@t
Hello Ben Really sorry to mess you around, I feel terrible. Basically there is no crack, it was just easier to write that rather then a long winded story that would probably sound like a complete load of bull.... Firstly, the wheels came on a car I scrapped over two years ago.It was bought off a friend of a friend, who had originally wanted to keep the wheels, but would leave them on for the right price. I didn't want them, as they wouldn't fit my or the Girlfriends car, but my mate did, he didn't have the money so I carried on with the deal and payed for the car complete with the wheels. They sat in the corner of my lock up for well over 2 years, I fell out with the guy and he never payed me the £260 odd he owed me, even with visitsand promises he would collect this weekend or next.In the end to be fair I just forgot about them. Moving house so had to clear the lock up (and to be fair it is crammed to the roof with crap) I asked a few people locally If they wanted to buy them, then listed them on eBay, someone has obviously told the slimey twit and for some reason he now thinks he owns them, apparently did pay me and was funnily enough going to come and see me just the other day... So I'm getting threats of Police action and 'mates paying me a visit' and all that, so would prefer to sort the matter out without involving a third party so to speak. Again, I am sorry to mess you around.I hate nothing more then this sort of thing, and fully understand If you feel pissed off about it, I know I would. Kind regardsAndy
