The R LED's are now on backorder with VW's supplier, latest update is these are due from them around mid Feb, as soon as they are available I will be installing a set and coding via VCDS (not the Kufatec adapter).
I have also got a price via a trade account for group buy (min 3 sets) and it would work out around £375 delivered including the adapters 
That doesn't sound too shabby, count me in (subject to the wife finding out about it first).
