What? The mazda 3?

For me, its bigger, uglier and hasn't the same image.

That said it is much cheaper, much better value, more bhp, and if the handling is better then I agree that is what the mk7 needs to close in on.

Mk6 Golf GTI 5dr, DBP, Monza Shadow, Xenons, ACC, RCD510, Park Assist, Camera, Lux pack.... and now bluetooth.... and now DSG!

I don't want a cheaper Golf GTI. High prices keep the riffraff away and help the image :)

I'm not talking about the Mazda 3. It's what the next Golf should aim for.

I can see your point Frog. I'm just thinking selfishly, though. If it gets much more expensive I won't be able to afford one myself and I'm not riff raff as you call it.

Lol, I know, let's ask VW to put up the prices for everyone else but us. Problem solved :)

I'd like heated leather seats that have the option to heat back and bumb seperately and then combined if you want. In the summer evening you may not want a hot arse or your farts may be sufficiant to keep your bumb warm and having a warm seat back is nice if you have a bad back. Then come the cold winter months I would like to have both back and arse nicely warmed by the seat.

Is that a bit wierd?  :undecided:
