you either have to take the glove box out and try to split it to repair (its glued together)
buy a new one and fit that
or do what I done and cut a flap into the back of glove box, clip the catches back together and then put a metal plate across it to hold the flap back down. its not pretty but it works and saves £100 in buying a new one

you got the raised section on the rear, I cut three sides and scored the forth so I could fold it back

not too bad a job to split the glove box just take your time and don.t use too much force when splitting  this is the way i did mine then repaired it then used a couple of small self tappers and washers to hold the levers in place and used some epoxy resin to glue the glove box back together all fine now
