What will that KG do for you?

Also, let it rust! It'll be lighter!
Golf MK3 1.8 auto and I didn't pay a grand for the "priveledge", auto windows all round and a AC. Oh and I've got a luggage net you pricks!

Does that make my willy look bigger?

Oh yeah it's called Helda or something....

A KG won't do much but when you add up all the KG's you save from stuff like this it does make a difference. Especially taking stuff out of the top of the car as it lowers the centre of gravity.

I see.

What's the advantage in no ABS?

Cheers.

I don't think there's an advantage to no ABS on track days but I just don't like it. Makes me feel like the car is making decisions for me which I hate. Most racers don't use ABS either, F1, Touring car etc.

^^ Not to mention quite a few super cars do not have ABS.

But for the purest engine experience, displacement has no replacement. All other methods are simply attempts to artificially recreate the benefits of displacement.

Well I spent today investigating my oil leak problem. Cleaned the bottom of the engine and gearbox with white spirit and then took it for a good long run and a thrash. GOt bac and had a look and can't see any dampness or leaks anywhere. All I can think is that what I though was an oil leak was just the remains from a leak I fixed a few weeks back still running off the block.

Gonna do a 50 mile round trip to the Reading meet tomorrow and see what's what when I get back.

Well oil leak seems to be OK but now my wipers are broken :-(

They're stuck on and the only way I could turn them off was so unplug them under the scuttle.

Pants!

I've always wondered though, what are you going replace it with?
