Silverstone today was epic! Murdered one of my cut slicks so now it's just a slick and nailed £70 of fuel out of the exhaust.

Still it's all good. The car was wicked and passed several Elises, a couple of porkers, a clio 1.8 16v with cams and a BMW ZM. Awesome fun!

Nick

bloody brilliant!!   good for you buddy!! sounds like an excellent day!! :afro:

It was mate, the last session before lunch was the best track day session I've done so far. Car felt awesome and I managed to hook it up lap after lap.

Chuff: Mark's exploits today may have put you off!

A snapped shift rod. Luckily someone local was able to weld it back together and he was back out in the afternoon. Not an easy job as you have to drop the exhaust to get it off.

They were good weren't they, I thought it was game over as well. Gaffa and zip ties for once were not an option!

Look forward to the video! Any of me in it?

But for the purest engine experience, displacement has no replacement. All other methods are simply attempts to artificially recreate the benefits of displacement.
