  • Bora TDi 130 Highline - usually filthy.
This project is superb. Am loving the fact that if you've got something that doesn't quite work or doesn't fit, you make a new bit. And that pipework is a work of art...

lol i wish ,,,, herance the home projects bit more here
well managed to sort a few bits this after , first made some fuel lines for the caddy

next deceied to chop the fuel flap out the boady

rare site lol, inside ,rot free

then went around the other side and chopped another hole out for the to refit the feul flap

not bad for a trail cut ,there was a slight gap so ,thought id add a filler rod , and welded up nicely

quick weld up

and grinded off

then oppss first thought id welded it wrong because its upside down ,must have got a bit carryed away , but i pref it to open this way lol ,little late now anyway

then a quick filler neck start on the pipe

right 2day noticed the camber sticks out more on the fronts to the rears dose this wheel look ok to you guys as i think the botom of the wheel is towing out to mutch ?

as after i was looking at the rear they had way too mutch inwards camber , maybe ok for corners ,but not very good for scrubing tyres off , and what a dam stressfull trying to algin the wheel, after getting it a tad lower i carnt risk anymore , so altered all the arms and also insurted a smaller box and stick welded them for extra strengh
