hi all ha a bit of a bad day 2day , due nearly loseing my caddy , (luckly next door neibougher was in )yesterday afternoon had a local visit of the gipsy scum bags. who came with a highab truck, pulled onto my drive wraped a chain around the caddy and pulled it to the end of the fence ,then there was just about to put the hydrolic grab thew the roof to go scrap it , lucky neibougher came out and said what the hell are you doing, thats the guys caddys which hes repaireing , ,he said ive knocked twice andtheres no answer ,so looks like its scrap ,so was removeing it ,, (cheeky f.....kers arnt they ) so , i thought its time to move :music:, quicky bolted things up thew the wheels on and off i went hopefully maybe a bit more sercure here :)

well not too mutch to add at the moment
so steering wheel arrived  and fits spot on with the electronic steering

and thought id chop the ecu loom to fit a contector to try match  standalone to stock mk3 golf wireing plug and what a stressful job ,, lol mind finaly all cut ,colour colourd and wired up ready for re fitment

Jeysus, that's a lucky escape.  Attempted theft surely, might be worth at least reporting it to the rozzers so its on record.  Might help prevent somebody else motor being stolen for scrap.

Very lucky. I can't believe that these people get away with it so much. They really are above the law as the Police do not want to get involved!

well not mutch to add , as i blow the stand alone ecu ,start of last week, with a coil back feed grrr , so , more re strip of wireing and repairing ,but after a week ,managed to refit the parts  and pop a quick few map/setings to get it runing ,(stressfull with settings lol/

then thought might as well add the wideband , another headack ,because of were the exhaust is i had to make a hole back of the bulk head (2 layers of steel ) then because of the large plug , had to attempt to resolder stainless wire (nighmare /with a soldering iron lol) now sorted
(still no gauges working thow/speedo/works lol

thought id add the led for the wideband heater flashers til its ready , works a treat

short video of the ms video ,, needs more tuning ,but now main problems are sorted as well as i wire had come off in the ms contector causeing stress

more tuning when the intercooler is piped and sorted
