In the end, I sprayed it with some deodarant so it would slip on more easily (then it would evaporate later, you see

). I'm not sure I 've tightened that bottom jubilee up properly, though, so I'm going to get back under tomorrow.
I took it for a run, & initial thoughts were excellent, though there was a couple of 'flat-spot' moments when I was up at 6k revs. No fault codes before OR after fitment, though?!
