« on: 01 February 2009, 19:23 »

after i replaced cable i went to start car and it wont turn over so i was wondering if their is anything i could have knocked that would stop the car from turning over
when i turn ignition on fuel pump primes then when i turn to start i can hear pump run and if key is held in start position pump stays running
im going to take a wire from battery possitive to the solenoid to check if immobiliser is off but after that im stuck
so all help greatly recieved
cheers

Did you disturb a bonding cable that earths the engine/gearbox to the chassis? I would look for this after checking the battery for voltage.
