 can you tell me a short tutorial

Unhook from pedal and throttle body, remove and then fit new, clip back on and adjust as required.

Unhook the cable from the throttle body. Start the car and see if it still sticks when at idle. If it does your problem won't be the cable or the pedal. I had idle problems for a while. Vagcom said it was an intermittent fault with the coolant temp sensor so I replaced it but it still happened. A week later I noticed the big earth from the gearbox was loose. Cleaned up the terminal, tightened it up and it solved my problem, so it's worth checking and cleaning ALL your earthing points

its none of that as i hhad that prob once. the thorttle body needs resetting, theres a way to do it without the vag, think you need take battery off for 20mins, then connect it then turn ignition on  (dont start the car) you will hear a clicking noise i think, after that it should go quiet (dont turn ignition off till the noise has gone) turn ignition off, take key out lock up have a beer or tea or whatever you drink then go back to car and start the car, if it stops doing the reving business then your good if it still carries on then vag com it.

try this (its what i was on about)
