prevention is better than cure.
My revo switch allows me to disable the car... key or no key.. its not going anywhere
Until I get REVO Stage 2, Disklok will be my guardian angel!
chances are.. if they get into your house to get your keys, they will also ask you for the disklok key
invisibility is a underestimated tool
Do you not think they will ask for the revo switch. Most these guys are clued up on such things. And if not they will think it has some secret kill switch so drag your ass down to start it while maybe holding your child to make you do such.
.. and how exactly would they know you have a switch? how would they even know its revo'd?? I very much doubt they would come back in and ask you why your car wont start. The last thing they have is time on their hands.
Have a search on tyresmoke forum i have read a few years back about such an incident.
erm...... ok
Cars like the GTI are stolen to order not nicked by random chavs. So yes they are a little more sophisticated, but this also means they dont under any circumstances want to be caught. The few minutes or so it takes them to get in the car and realise it doesnt work would be a few vital minutes lost. I would rather have them come back for a little suprise of mine anyway!

Your little surprise will be our salvation.
However, another awful night ensues for me.

I honestly think this thread needs to be locked as it is quite morbid.

Thanks.

If it was you, I'd know you would look after it whilst having a good time. It would be an interesting dream and not a nightmare!
Hope you feel the same if I nicked your beauty!

Got my gap insurance.
Many did not want to know because i had left it till such a late stage. 177days since delivery  (did not realise i had it that long  )

But car2cover.co.uk allowed me to have it, not cheap as if i had done it earlier  :embarassed: but better than nothing.

I bought mine from ALA just now and used the quidco trick, £128 plus 25% cashback not bad! Thanks for the tip.
