Ended up waiting an hour for the RAC

The HT leads I bought the other day are so so sh!t!
Water got into them and stopped car from starting up.
Once the RAC man got it going he noticed the plug end of the HT lead which is a long metal piece, was arching on the cylinder block! Crap quality leads

So stuck my old ones for now as they are an all rubber design. Maybe the arching explains why since I fitted them in the top end of the rev range I used to get slight flatspots
