how easy are they to take off and change ? also if i took the one off the car would i be able to see if its bent just by looking

biggest headache is the caliper carrier bolts, if they come out ok then its relatively straightforward.  Disc off, dust plute off, some bolts and off comes the stubby!  I'd take one off the 5 stud beam and hold it up next to the one on the car, should be obvious if yours is bent :)

i dont ave another one to check it with so how could i tell

i dont have 5 stud beam ive have been offered one thats all by bloke in colchester so have nothing to compare it to

ah i see! if you have the rear wheels off and compare the angle of the disc to the beam i recon you should be able to spot if the beam or the stub is bent :)
