Get a TDI, I get 89BHP and  210NM of torque  :wink:  But still   :sick: its always gunna be a diesel  :laugh:

26 bhp actually, & that sounds pretty good, opens the 16v upto what it's comfortable/should of been! :)

Id like to believe it but not convinced. If you can remap a bog std 16V to 174bhp then I'm sure everyone here with a 16V would. Your in Vr bhp territory then. Anybody else find this hard to believe or am i just been naive? What company did the remap for you / cost because If what your saying is fact then I'm sure they would get an awful lot of business from this forum alone

I'm in agreement... nearly 20% more power without any induction/exhaust/head work!!!

I remember len's car on the rolling road giving about 170bhp....... and then a few weeks later else where giving nearer 155bhp
(there really is huge differences on these rolling roads....and I'm sure alot of places set them to show better power!)
Unless my 8v really does have 136bhp!! :evil: (very very very very very unlikely!)

Sorry no remap will give you 24/26bhp.
