i have a 3 door, its a bit of a pain really with kids, they struggle to get in the back, then you need to get someone to shut the door...perhaps its just me being lazy but i cant be arsed getting out and walking round the car to shut the door behind them...i mean snot like they are a new girlfriend or anything ...

looks great in 3 doors though.  sounds an ok deal mate...though there were reports of 07's for that kind of money around, also 08's at under 17k....

check out  http://www.freecarvaluations.co.uk/

and stick in the reg plate and the mileage....see what you get and how far off your stealer is

Just tried the web site and i got this - http://www.freecarvaluations.co.uk/car-valuation-209472.htm  :embarassed: Has the bottom dropped altogether?

£17k retail isn't bad for my car with its 23k miles on the clock - considering the dire state of the market

Wow.. £15895 is what mines worth with 20k on the clock!! Had I bought it new I would have lost approx £12.5k in just over a year :embarassed:

Not to mention over 1k on insurance + 3.5k on juice

Thats 17k in one year of ownership.... thank god I didnt go down that route :smug:

Loads of people out there will now be able to afford a Mk5 Golf.... and see what they have been missing out on for so long
