i'm confident its not a big problem as i'd be loosing performance throughout the rev range but i'm not  :smiley:

....Same here, but you need to watch that your turbo isn't overstressed.

Robin,

Tell Jim to take the boost gauge piping off at the Forge 3 port sender thingy..then do a run.

Just to rule out a leak in the boost pipe routing anyway.

Would you be able to tell you had a boost leak from the VAG-COM? I'm thinking of getting one and it would be another reason to go ahead if I could check fault codes for things like this, as I have spent time and money getting my car into in current state of tune and don't want it slowly loosing power through soemthing like this.

im pretty sure you can test boost on Vag com and therefore spot a problem if there is one
