....Cheers! :afro:

Meanwhile I'm driving around in D-mode like a granny and doing 32 mpg

As she is nudging 230 bhp with the leak, it should be interesting to see how that changes. Each of the 3 JKM dyno sessions over the last 3 months have been extremely close in their results.

Robin, i had the same problem, car would not boost over 12psi,

mine was on the dv, the pipes that come off the forge dv may have corroded and split causing lots of boost leak, if you jack the front of yo8r car up and crawl under to the dv area, look at the pipes, you should know straight away if they have split! HTH

....We got as far as checking the PCV (a common boost loss area) but it's ok.

More time needed on the ramp at JKM next week.

....The Forge DV is definitely our next area to check but my boost gauge can still peak 21 - The loss is such that the turbo is having to work harder - Hence why I'm taking it easy in D-mode all the time.

She's running like a Stage1 car instead of a Stage2.

Cheers for your suggestions but I'm useless at such things and will leave it to the experts to check out. I'm capable of checking my tyres and fluid levels and that's about it!!

Glad to here your well on your way to getting it sorted Robin :afro:

It would be good to see RED back to full strength to show the overweight and less-agile R32 boys a thing or two at Weston next weekend?

only had it on the rollers once (JKM rolling road day) since i had it mapped in January.  Custom Code qoute 170bhp and 280lbs ft torque - the torque i reached but not until 2600rpm

i've done 4 full throttle runs in 4th and noticed that at 1700rpm my MAF and intake pressure are well below the specs yet from then on i pull over and above what the ECU is requesting
 :undecided:

its awkward getting someone to look at it as there aren't any decent tuners / VW garages near me and the nearest CC agent is 80 miles away!
