Out of interest, which exhaust manifold did you go for in the end? Any comments on price and quality?

Yo fella

Went for the ashley 4 to 1 in the end as Rixy knew of a new one going cheap

As for performance i'm impressed but have nothing to compare to?

Seemed to have developed a mystery problem??

Engine's now running like a dream all apart from wot seems to be an earth problem which causes my rev counter, clock, and gauges to die if i turn on my lights?? Also out of the blue on Sun. my engine completly died when i dipped the clutch but fired up again soon as i lifted/bumped again, now it tried to do this a couple of times but kept her goin by revvin her, seemed to sort itself out after a few times and little tear about, it then didn't happen again till today leaving work, did it couple of times then after that ok??

Bit strange??

1. check for dodgy earths to clocks, make sure there is a braided earth from back of head to one of the coil mounting bolts.
2. check the over-run cutoff valve, black n grey plastic thing behind airbox. mine started to do this, swapped the over-run and it was fixed.
