When I snapped mine on my H reg (91) driver, I got an indicator stalk from a late Mk2 (wasn't told what year) and that didn't fit. I think unless you can get one from the same year as yours then it won't fit.

lowmk1: it wont bolt on or plug into your loom, the column outer tube and ign lock housing is different.  You can swap the column tube over if you're good with spanners, and splice the stalk & ign switch wires if you're good at electrics
