I can totally see the visual improvement of the LEDs over the standard ones and the Ed30, However I am not convinced the mickey mouse pair pictured above would be such a good safety improvement!

They look less bling in real life but they are much 'louder' visually than stock.

The improved light up time and brightness is the main reason I'm looking into LED rear lights. My dad showed me a safety report by I think BMW with reaction times and visibility where the LED rear lights were shown to be both birghter and faster, leading to quicker response times from the driver behind seeing them. That got me interested in them, so I'm looking for a pair that I think would also look good.

....That's mostly why I did the same! Especially after a large lorry came rather close because he didn't see my indicator blinking while my brake light was on as I waited to turn right.

The new headlights I'm going to get will have some  :smiley:. It's the same headlight unit that Hurdy has.
