For anyone interested, I saw a silver mk5 with these LED rear lights from awesome:

It looked mint. Very cool with the colour coded rear bumper  . The light from the LEDs really stood out too. I was very impressed. It wouldn't suit sage green, but deffo works for silver  .

they would look awfull on ANY other colour but silver!!

Are RedRobins style of LEDs available from VW dealers or ebey ? How much are they ?   Are they plug & play or does the car need to be programmed ?
