What the f#*?  are they talking about 2-3 months?    I was told by VW Customer services over the phone that they had already arrived?!

Exactly, this was one of the key points of my letter that the commication has been very misleading and inconsistant. It's a total joke and just makes me think they are trying to ride it out so we all forget about it.

We shall not be letting them get away with this one

VW customer service is shocking.

My Blue R32 and its amazingly bad build quality started the ball of discontentment rolling for me along with wheel fronts "dropping off"

BMW could do an advert "Doc has a car for 10 months and still loves it - buy one" - enough said really

went to my local dealer this morning to book Phylis in for service in 2 weeks, and asked him to check Vw's internal memo system for any

such thing reference these Plaques, and once again, absolutley nothing mentioned anyway about them.

This looks like a load of baloney to me...... He said normally if anything happens within Vw Headquarters at milton keynes he can see all the

memo's going around, but nowt on these Plaques.

BMW really are quality cars with great engines. 
VWs are two notches below, with Audi in the middle.

It was the DSG box that shoved me onto a VW, and I'm quite happy about it (cheapness is good).
Now BMW are slowly releasing their DCT box VWs only edge (besides cost) is lost.

135i DCT anyone?
