It'll be a whole new bunch of issues for the MKVI then :rolleyes:

....My first issue would have to be: How do I rip out all this cabin sound-deadening crap!? I wanna hear my Milltek!! :grin:

Or start all over with the MKIV issues again :undecided:

yeh, car looks the same to me, slight re jig of the shape but i bet all the same bits are used nearly, it is a cost cutting exercise after all

nothing in the report about the moneys its costing VW to make the mk5 compared to the mk6 ?

Or the fact that cheaper components are being fitted / reused from old model to reduce costs.

Did Vw not learn anything from the mk3 golf? ?  this mk6 is gonna suck balls once people learn the truth.

Am i anti mk6 yes, for a reason they are trying to con us mk5 owners and the rest of the world by saying the mk6 is a better car than the mk5 when it isn't.  :rolleyes:

The only failing I see are design ones.
The most irritating one in the Mk5 is the inability of the rear seats to fold down flat when you carrying a new TV home.
The Mk6 has not addressed this, the seats still do not fold flat.
Currently digging a bunker.
