I've noticed this only twice but if I go round a corner (~90*) at some speed, the car makes a 'bong' sound. It's the same sound it makes when you leave the handbrake on or the door isn't fully shut. It's only made the sound once on the two occasions this has happened.

Any idea what this is?
No indication on the screen.

I've heard it once when I took a roundabout a bit quick too enthusiastic.  I also wondered what it was, but have not been able to reproduce it since no matter how fast progressive I drive.

could it be the washer fluid out bong?

Just a wild theory but when you hammer round the bend the sensor detects that there is no fluid?

Like I've said, it's happened only twice and because I was going round the corner at speed, my eyes were on the road, not on the dashboard. When I've looked down at the dash after the corner, there's no warning light or anything.

Will try and swing round really hard tonight and see what happens.

Could it be

Low washer sensor as washer liquid thrown to one side

Low Oil Sensor warning as sump oil thrown to one side

Seatbelt warning from the passenger side sensor being activated from the seat moving slightly?
