Finally painted my hubs today

Well after rust on them since nearly day one i decided to paint my hubs today, looks alot better imo and glad that jobs out the way, also did a reall quick clean around whilst under there :-)

Just hammerite smooth

Is Hammerite good enough at such high heat? I remember on my first car painiting the tip of the exhaust with it and it bubbled pretty badly under the heat

Good work 182_blue looks much better  :cool:

My rear look  :sick: and the fronts are just starting to show some rust so I will I will be doing mine as well in the next few weeks.

well, exhaust must get hotter than hubs, anyway never had problems in the past, and i also know of a few people who have used it with no issue either

How long does it take to dry?

it says touch dry in an hour, but whilst i was doing on side the other was drying, just been out and you can touch it and no stickiness and i will be driving it in an hour with no issues (from past experience)

i basically did the sides, i didnt do the faces as wanted to put the alloys straight back on
