Just went down to my local stealer's to have a look. I was undecided when looking at the pics but in the flesh i have to say i loved it.Its so unusual close up the back end could be better but when you stand close to the back it is really noticeable how low the rear end is, the best feature is 20:inch rim's will fit under the arche's with normal size tyre's on, the 18's looked tiny, the interior was very classy aswel.
 If a 2.0 R version show's up then that will be my new car.
2 people were ordering one while i was there i think VW are on to a winner.  :cool:

I have a white one ordered for late September hopefully.I went to see the showroom car at Warrington Volkswagen and was really pleasantly surprised.It looks SO much better than the pics and vids i'd seen.
Having previously owned a Mk5 GTI with DSG i cant wait to get my mitts on it,definately putting BBS on it though.If anyone is privvy to the hub size/offset info i'd very much appreciate knowing as at the moment i'm finding it hard to find out.

Congrat's Noj it's :afro: have you tried tyre smoke they have got a bit of info on there.

I saw two transports full of them and the new Passat CC this morning going up the M40, every one of them was either blue or white.

I definatly have to pop into the dealers over the weekend to at least have a look.
