Manual Owners Changing Gear Noise?
«

When changing gears usually into lower gears it makes quite a clonk noise under the bonnet.
i have looked and u can see the "arm" moving (under the battery) but it just seems very clonky sounding.... normal?

almost seems "loose" really hard to explain.
if i push it reasonably quickly between 1 and two (while stopped engine off whatever) it makes quite a sound like im whacking it in really hard!

i think i get a bit of this too , only if you pull off with really low rev s , other wise gear change is spot on

its not when moving off, nothing to do with revs, i could be idle and move the stick from 1st to 2nd it makes the "clonk"

TBH my gear changes have been really quiet.
When I can face taking the ED30 out again, I'll feedback.
