I would say it looks just like mine but someone added two rear doors

Looks spot on mate, much better pic to show it.

Only my opinion, but I reckon she'd look a lot cleaner without the mudflaps. Can someone photoshop it to see if I'm right?

....She might LOOK a lot cleaner without mudflaps but I think you'll find that Martin will confirm that in his neck of the woods, she wouldn't BE a lot cleaner.

I think the rear is keeping cleaner after fitting the mud flaps, but even if it didn't I like the look with them on so they're staying... Each to their own

That sits pretty near perfect for me. 50mm drop may be a bit much for me though. :embarassed:

I even re-laid the drive so I could have coilovers fitted (steep drive on to flat road and garage), but anything over 40mm would be too close to call.

Think the drop was is only 20-25mm with Eibach Sportlines. Compare that to the Pro-Kit of 10-15mm. Coilovers anything from 20-65mm.

Ride height now measured...

Top of tyre to bottom of wheel arch Front is 13mm (B4 38mm) or Ground to wheel arch 642mm

Top of tyre to bottom of wheel arch Back is 15mm (B4 42mm) or Ground to wheel arch 647mm

As for ride quality, It is a firmer ride with less / hardily any body roll at all.
My only watch out is when the car is loaded up with people like today, when I took the wife and three teenagers plus two lots of luggage (18Kg each) to Humberside Airport.
Half of the tyre wall was sitting up inside the rear wheel arch. I could just get my fingers in between the inner arch and the tyre. But I felt no bumps or scrapes on the journey.
Coming home with just the wife and my youngest one I was able to press on a bit and going round corners felt like it was on tracks, with hardily any body roll what so ever..
Driven about 60 miles now and have got use to the ride and to be honest I have forgotten what the OEM ride was like... So that must be good news then.

That's it for mods for a while now... I think
Will let yo know of any changes overs the next month or so after the springs have settled in a bit.

Cheers

No... 17", 18", 19" and even 20" wheels / tyres all have a similar rolling circumference and diameter.
It's only as the diameter of the wheel gets bigger that the depth of the side wall gets smaller.
If you see what I mean.
