It looks superb on those 19"s, only downside is that it makes the standard brakes look really weedy imho.

The uprated Eibach anti-roll bars will tighten the handling up even more, if you've got any money left to do so!!

Martin - You deffo need the ARB's as soon as you can afford - It's a very important part of the suspension package and will make all the difference. It's a slippery slope though!!

It sounds to me that your dealer is doing absolutely the right thing and is looking after your best interests regarding your car's safety and longer term maintenance.

I'm back...

What do you think...

First impressions are one bounch not three, A little harder ride or is it more road feed back from the car / steering. Car feels lower to sit in or is it cos i've been driving a 1.2 Polo... Will see.
Well pleased with the look of the car.

As for warranty work they did...
1. 24K6 Recall
2. Front strut top mounts and bearings fitted... Due to creaking
3. Front wheel bearings fitted... Due to noisy
Taken from the workshop print outs...

Tech said..
1 Had that done last may as well. ???
2 & 3 were done cos it's out of warranty soon and more of a precaution rather than needing it done

Still All free so no skin off my nose....

ECU update. This came up last year when I had her serviced, so why they have done it again.

strange, oh and i guess it made sense for them to change all those bits whilst it was in pieces, they get a nice warranty job out of VW and you pay for the stripping LOL, they should have fitted them for free in the end
