My parents run a sign company so had a play this afternoon - picture doesn't really do it justice with the reflections in the photo.  Its done in metallic graphite grey vinyl with the red smile - I'd say this is pretty much a minimum size it could be done, the smile is like a hair - You would have to thicken up the lines to go any smaller. 

What do you think?

Had a pair of these on my car since I got it a year ago this week.   Got them from an American supplier on ebay for $3.00

To be honest, I'm getting a little tired of it as people keep asking why I have a picture of a Devil on the side of my car, then I tell them that it's not a Devil but a rabbit.  That's when the strange looks and comments of "riiiight" start.   Wait and see!
