whats it all about ? i need my suspension sortin out , so is it a case of just tellin them " oi , while your puttin my new suspension in , lower it "   Ã‚¿? or not....

Two types of springs, one standard which is obviously standard height, cannot be adjusted in anyway so you cant lower it.
Or get some aftermarket ones like GMAX/KONI or like me Bilstein(pay abit more but there one of the best makers), and you choose what drop you want i.e 20mm/40mm/60mm or whatever, fit them and bam its lowered, but normally takes a few days to settle down.

If you want adjustable ones you can get them but they cost more obviously(also known as coilovers)

P.s if you get lowering springs try to get the full kit with shocks aswell, otherwise if you only have the springs it will wear out the standard shocks much quicker due to the stiffer springs

Boney looks fine in the pics?  :wink:

not sure what drop mine is on the Bilsteins but the front is slightly lower than the back, sits fine though  :smiley:

EDIT, thats a good guide there that should help him more  :smiley:
