got it today from awsome, didnt realise it was pure rubber? lol, thought it was gonna be "hard" funny thing....

still im gona try putting it on this weekend if i can find some axel stands

....I got mine from Awesome too - A Neuspeed. I got my VW dealer to fit it during a service session  :smiley:.

The difference is subtle but it seems to have stopped 'hopping' out of roundabouts and it reduces any stresses on my Milltek exhaust mountings. It was JKM (my tuner) who noticed a broken exhaust mount while fitting my Forge DV and Neuspeed Turbo Discharge and Charge piping (with SAMCO silicon hoses) and recommended it as helpful on any remapped car.

Full engine mounts also help but is a bit hardcore unless you do lots of track days - I prefer mods which I wouldn't have to take off at sale time, and engine mounts do make the ride harsher.

haha yea, takes me ages to do anything, i still have my audio sittin my my hourse, had the car 8-9 months.

im hopping it will give me slight more feeling of the car, and more one2one with it...

gona attempt to fit inset tomorrow!

This sounds like something I am going to have to get.

For sub £30 they are well worth it.

Just remember to make sure your existingmount is clean in side a lubed with a bit of silicone (dash shine or similar) before you try to push it in.  The torque arm bolt is pretty tight too.

I didn't mention a torque wrench, but to do it up correctly you should use one.
