I just chose the golf over the leon....after years of swoping between the 2....

what it came down to for me was the mk2 leon felt like it would hard work on a day to day basis - the cabin was not a nice place to be at all - I think both of these are mostly due to the really poor visability & the large slab of cheapo plastic right in the middle of the dash.  I really like the outside of the mk2 looks so modern & different - but not enougth.

I do like the new Cupra (especially in Candy White with the gloss black rims and spoiler)...
But the main thing that made me go for the Edition 30 over the Cupra was.....

In the magazine it says its 17mm lower than the GTI???

Also are the ED30 alloys 8j or 7.5j???
