Ok Ac Crow Road came back to me a full 12 days after having the car in for a service and a look at the autolights and the cruise control issue.
The response, "we dont know whats wrong with your car", "we would need the car for one or two days to run diagnostics!".
My response
and what do you hope to fix over the 2 days? err the issue with the auto lights and the cruise control....
RRrrright I say, cruise was fixed last week by A4Audi, for free...it was a single digit wrong in vagcom set up it took 2 minutes to get it sorted! AND the auto lights function is working as normal...I will monitor it though and if it continues to be as sensitive and doesnt switch off I shall be back in touch..(NOT) as if I am EVER going back to that lot!! totally pathetic customer service, totally pathetic diagnostic abilities and clearly a lack of product knowledge....
Think I am being harsh?.....well just remember this is the lot that tried to blame my auto light function not working properly cos some previous owner changed the interior lights from clear to blue!! and to think what I paid them to get the car serviced too
