The note said they left the package on top of the mailboxes.  I live in a huge apartment block, with all the mail boxes by the entrance and the ground floor.  Someone will have come in, and just taken it because it's been left.

Even if it had been signed by someone, if it isn't my signature it's invalid.  No one should legally sign for it but the addressee, I think

sounds like Powerbulbs will have to claim back from the courier company.

if my neighbours didn't take in and sign for my parcels i'd never receive anything

I was trying to ascertain whether anyone know who courier they use, to try to narrow things down as soon as possible

From their website it sounds like normal royal mail but all the mystery may be solved tomorrow
